Surya Narayan Seva Foundation is a charitable, non-profit organization working for the welfare of elderly people, underprivileged individuals, and those in need.
All donations made through our website are voluntary contributions intended to support our social and charitable activities.
By making a donation on this website, the donor confirms that the payment is made willingly and without any coercion.
- Nature of Donations
All donations made on this website are:
• Voluntary
• Non-commercial
• Non-refundable in normal circumstances
• Used only for charitable purposes
Once a donation is successfully processed, it shall be treated as a final contribution to the foundation.
- No Refund Policy
All donations made to Surya Narayan Seva Foundation are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded, except in cases of technical error or duplicate transaction.
The donor is requested to carefully check the amount and details before making the payment.
- Refund in Case of Technical Error
Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:
• Duplicate payment due to payment gateway error
• Incorrect amount charged due to technical issue
• Transaction failure where amount is deducted but donation not recorded
To request a refund, the donor must:
• Inform us within 48 hours of the transaction
• Provide payment proof / transaction ID
• Send request to our official email
After verification, if the request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Refund approval will be at the sole discretion of Surya Narayan Seva Foundation.

Surya Narayan Seva Foundation does not store any card or banking details. - Tax Benefit
Tax exemption certificate (if applicable under Indian law) will be issued only for successful donations.
